Recipe: Fruit Nut Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup strawberries (quartered)
1 bananas (sliced)
1/4 cup raw almond
1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt or 1.5 cups almond milk
1 tsp maple syrup

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender.

Blend until creamy/smooth

Enjoy!
